(soon to be) leaving on a (jumbo) jet plane

Managed to catch some of the scottish countryside before i jet off this evening to Sydney. If any of you are Braveheart film fans, this is a view from Stirling castle looking out onto the Wallace monument erected in memory of William Wallace himself. You may remember the quote ¨he who holds Stirling, holds Scotland¨, being in those days one of the main access points to the Highlands, and a significant victory.

Now to compare whether New Zealand really does resemble the rolling hills of bonnie Scotland!

I´ll be confined to a plane for a full day, so until i arrive safe and sound, ideally well rested (and fed), take care my friends.
