One more step…

I’ve been trying to prepare myself, if that’s even possible, before I embark on my travels, and been struck by a few things. My logical inclination was to somehow start the story at the right place, from where it all began, in that “once upon a time” neatly packaged storyboard. It’s all too easy to see only the journey itself as the starting point. As if it’s only once you leave for your destination that you’ve begun that process. For me, this will be something altogether different.

And as the nervousness kicks in , and the excitement builds up, I may be preparing to set off, but my journey is far beyond its small beginnings. It never has ended..

I cannot help reflecting on what has been, and what may come, and as I gear myself up (literally!) to depart, more than anything else I am looking forward to continuing this process, of intensifying it, and most of all, overwhelmingly curious as to where I’ll find myself at the other end, or more appropriately perhaps, where life will find me…
